Position: Creative Director- e-Commerce/Direct Response
Must have extensive e-Commerce and Direct Response experience
The ideal candidate will lead the team, but also be willing to roll up their sleeves and get involved in creating. The Creative Director will lead designers in conceptualizing, building and maintaining direct response campaigns for Trueffect clients.
The successful candidate will set creative direction, be a passionate leader, and will be a team player building consensus across departments. Will have capabilities for leading concepts with direct response best practices to engage target audiences and compel them to take action. Will be a source of new design ideas across all web channels including desktop, tablet, and mobile and will utilize past understanding of the target based on past performance, tests and optimization best practices.
The role will also be responsible for working with internal groups across Trueffect, business development, campaign management, distribution and executive teams to grow existing client base and identify new clients.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a hands-on Creative Director both setting vision and developing creative design concepts for clients for campaign launches
Supervise, motivate and inspire the creative team
Work with the Business Development and Campaign Management teams toEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
