The Barback position is truly the backbone to our nightly operations. He or she works hand-in-hand with the bartenders, by replenishing Liquor, Beer & supplies, removes & cleans empty glassware, empties trash, polishes bar fixtures, sweeps up debris and mops behind the bars, and is responsible for keeping necessary records of products & supplies. Our Barbacks also assist the mgmt. teams in the daily repair & maintenance issues that may arise and are really the hardest working staff members we have. If you can handle the stress; Work as a team; and have good organizational skills, then this is the position for you!
The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant. In addition, he or she can work a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Fluent English speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are all required for this position.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
