Sr. Systems Technician with Security Clearance

What You'll Do:
o Respond to customer requests for assistance with computer software/hardware.
o Provide troubleshooting for software, installation of software.
o Troubleshoot networking issues - LAN and Wireless o Dell shop/Cisco network o Troubleshoot network and voice-related issues, repair personal computer and peripheral equipment problems to the board, device or component levels as appropriate.
o Receiving equipment and conducting inventory.
o Trouble-shoot and repair personal computer and peripheral equipment problems to the board, device or component levels as appropriate.
o Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
What You'll Need:
o Active TS/SCI Clearance required.
o Good customer service and communication skills.
o Intermediate knowledge of PC software and networking:
classes and/or experience.
o Intermediate understanding of Desktop/Laptop PC Hardware and components.
o Intermediate to Advanced understanding of Windows 7 and 10 desktop operating systems.
o Advanced understanding of Windows Office 365 Pro Plus suite.
o Ability to support Apple iPhones.
o Sec
would be nice to have, but not needed from the start.
o Experience with Service Now or other trouble ticketing tools.
On-Site Work Environment:
This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site each normally scheduled week in the primary work location.
Core business hours of 9AM-3PM, but they are flexible based on start and leave time.
Working Conditions o Work is performed in an office environment.
o Travel and local commute between campuses may be required.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
