Due to the addition of a new home renovation and home improvement client, we are hiring a Marketing Associate to join our retail-based promotional marketing team.
The Marketing Associate is responsible for captivating prospective customers and generating interest in our clients services.
Marketing Associate must show an authentic and personable approach when meeting with prospective customers.
Day-to-day Marketing Associate
Responsibilities:
Initiative conversations and engage prospective customers inside of our retail partners to generate interested sales leads for our clientsStay up to date on our client's products, services and promotions that are available in order to provide customers with the best possible experience and discountsFollow all compliance standards while generating new sales leadsBuild and maintain a positive and professional relationship with potential customers, our clients and retail partnersPreferred Marketing Associate
Qualifications:
Experience working in a retail, customer service or sales oriented environment is preferredAbility to maintain composure and compliance while communicating with customers from all backgrounds and areas in the communityMaintain a customer-focused mindsetAn attitude of perseverance and gritAble to travel to our office and retail locations during scheduled shiftsStrong problem-solving and negotiation skills Recommended Skills Communication Customer Service Negotiation Problem Solving Retailing Sales Apply to this job.
