html Sample Supports is looking for an energetic self starter to join our team as the Residential Program Manager in the Denver Region.
The ideal candidate for this position is a driven team leader, with great interpersonal skills, and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
The Residential Program Manager supports the current host home placement, family caregivers, and individuals in the supported apartment program.
This position is responsible for maintaining quality services and the health and safety of individuals in the residential program, provides case management, and coordinates services for adults and their providers with the Division of Developmental Disabilities.

Responsibilities:
Completes home visits to evaluate compliance with the residential inspection Works closely with Regional Director in developing clinically appropriate treatment, safety and behavior plans for each adult Provides ongoing training and resources to high-needs individuals and families Works closely in coordination with case managers, guardians, advocates, state personnel, and therapists.
and families to monitor the adult in placement Ensures that all documentation is in compliance with CO Developmental Disabilities Standards Prepares written documentation for court hearings, administrative reviews, HRC reviews, etc.
Participation in relevant meetings for each adult on caseload to ensure all educational needs are being advocated for appropriately and that rights are being protected Respond to emergencies involving adults on caseload, and be available on-call on a 24/7 basis.
Recruits and interviews host home provider applicants Maintains caseload as the program grows Onboards individuals enrolling into the program Grows residential program through RFP response and sales
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher in the area of Education, Social Work, Psychology, or related field, and one year of successful experience in human services OR Associates degree and two years of successful experience in human services OR Four years of successful experience in human service (one of the above is MANDATORY) 2-4 years of experience working with individuals with special needs and/or disabilities, including those with a history of severe trauma and/or neglect desired Ability to respond calmly in crisis situations Basic knowledge and understanding of behavior development Ability to communicate and interact with individuals from varying social, educational, and economic levels Ability, willingness and flexibility to function effectively in a highly stressful environment Valid driver's license and ability to meet the Sample Supports driving requirements Benefits Medical insurance, vision and dental insurance Flexible spending, and dependent care accounts (with $250 employer contribution) Accident and short-term disability insurance 100% employer paid life insurance and voluntary term life insurance Pet insurance Flex PTO Mileage reimbursement Parental leave 401k with up to 4% match Dream Project - We're excited about this!
