Responsibilities:
The successful Region Administrative Assistant will possess the following abilities and will be responsible for:
Reviewing and approving accounts payable documents such as check requests and expense reports Managing and reviewing payroll items such as changes, promotions, accuracy of payroll Assuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations in relation to labor standards Forwarding communications from Division and above to region and branch locations Being the liaison between departments and branch locations Driving region initiatives such as training completion, collection efforts, and special projects Preparing reporting for Region Management team Participate in resolving escalated concerns and tracking to ensure resolution Help train branch administrative coworkers; support centralized administrative team Monitoring AR balances for the region and driving collection efforts Maintaining knowledge of current policies and procedure and training branch personnel on policies and procedures as necessary Planning meeting logistics for Branch teams as well as various training meetings Making travel arrangements for branch personnel We Offer Competitive compensation package $58,000- $60,000yr, (including a bonus) with upward earnings potential Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, maternity, pet insurance, identity protection, company paid life insurance and more 401(k) plan with 4.

Must be able to organize (files and systems), set priorities, and assume all responsibilities related to the position.
Must be flexible, able to handle a multitude of duties, and work under pressure.
Must be able to get along well with others, and communicate via the telephone and email correspondence without being either intimated or intimidating.
Must be able to compose email communications and handle routine correspondence Good typing and 10 key calculator skills are needed.
This person must be a high school graduate with business school or college training, or related experience.
