00 Krayden has an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Specialist.
This position is located at our headquarters in Denver, CO.
About YouIn this role, your key responsibility is establishing and maintaining professional business relations with vendors.
Work with Customer Service and Sales Rep.
in order to provide the customer with accurate responses to inquiries in a courteous and prompt manner.
Also work with Works closely with Warehouse and Accounting to resolve discrepancies.
Your responsibilities include:
Orders, checks and expedites purchases of parts and materials.
Ensures that parts and materials arrive as scheduled.
Ensures that appropriate lead times are achieved.
Completes and maintains records including purchase orders and purchasing reports.
Maintains purchasing files.
Maintains current cost data for all items purchased.
Ensures that all materials ordered meet applicable specifications.
Forwards all non-approved specification information to vendors for review and approval.
Expedites purchase orders and updates information in system as necessary.
Identifies and addresses purchasing and inventory problems or discrepancies.
Is authorized by Top Management (President), to make decisions on disposing of nonconforming material.
This approval of authority based on the individuals training, skill and knowledge of the material.
Enters parts and material data in the computer system.
Generates the return of material to manufacturers.
Assists in maintaining appropriate inventory levels.
Attends meetings as required.
Interfaces with Customer Service and Sales Rep.
in order to provide the customer with accurate responses to inquiries in a courteous and prompt manner.
Works closely with Warehouse and Accounting to resolve discrepancies.
Assumes responsibility for establishing and maintaining professional business relations with vendors.
Processes all purchase orders, returns etc.
to be completed in the given time frame.
Completes special projects as assigned.
Presents a positive image of Krayden, Inc by maintaining procedures required to professionally answer the telephone.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Perform duties to AS/ISO and applicable procedures and regulations.
Key Activities include:

Preferred
Qualifications:
High School degree required Minimum 1-year prior inventory experience.
Industry experience a plus+.
Strong PC and computer software experience Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM Software Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Exceptional listening and probing skills Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Bilingual is a plus! Note:
