Job Details:
Entry-level position with flexibility and growth potential multifaceted company.
The ideal candidate must possess an interest in learning, solving problems and the ability to effectively communicate with people.
Coordinate and manage the work flow for brokerage, property management and general contracting activities.
Assist Accounting / Bookkeeping by providing paper backup of activities during normal operation of business.
Respond and schedule maintenance with Property Management and General Contracting.
Must organize, communicate, solve issues with vendors, tenants, contractors.
Must use telephone.
Schedule and follow up.
Must enter and manage vendors, contacts ensuring that we have proper contact information into our system (zoho) to ensure Will be liaison between general and communicate with Property Management and Administration.
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
Requirements:
Willingness to learn.
Ability to solve problems.
HS Diploma, the candidate can be in college part-time or full-time.
This job is eligible for reimbursement of brokerage class to become an associate broker with Ascent Multifamily Solutions.
