The ATLAS Team is seeking a Human Resources and Recruitment Coordinator to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to join a family of firms across multiple states with a lot of room for advancement.
OBJECTIVE/ FUNCTION:
The Human Resources and Recruitment Coordinator will work under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager as well as the Recruiting Associate and Human Resources Associate.
The coordinator will support the firm's HR and Recruiting department in the duties listed below and provide support to the staff they work with.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES:
Provide administrative support and coordination to HR Team members on various projects and initiatives.
Assist with HR Audits and ensure employee files follow HR policies and procedures.
Assist HR Associate in compliance with federal and local regulations/laws.
Assist in coordination of HR employee engagement items (check-ins, development plans, wellness programs, etc.
).
Provide high quality service and communication to our candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure approved recruitment protocol is followed throughout the organization.
Supports Recruiting Associate by utilizing applicant tracking system to move candidates through the application process.
Coordinate virtual and on-site interview arrangements and logistics between candidates, external recruiters, managers, and interview teams.
Generate reports for HR and Recruitment metrics and compliance.
Other tasks as assigned.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Proficiency in MS Office Applications ATS Experience, Greenhouse preferred.
Have an outgoing and amiable personality with a positive attitude.
Proactive and good with deadlines Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong problem-solving skills.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and oral communication skills Buy-in on Company Mission, Vision, and Values Flexible team player BASIC
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
Experience with a CPA firm (or similar industry) preferred, but not required.
