Responsibilities:
o Ensure smooth program transition from development to operations by organizing resources, defining standards, and coordinating staff activities. Collaborate with program engineers and experts to devise effective technical strategies. Provide leadership to ensure program execution aligns with budget, schedule, and technical requirements. Manage subcontracting and partnerships as Program Lead Deputy. Monitor program progress and develop readiness plans for operational success. Engage with customers to assess program readiness for operations. Communicate program updates to senior management and support follow-on opportunities. Coordinate with various teams for seamless program integration and innovationRequired Skills:
o Hold a Bachelor's, master's, or Ph.Din engineering, science, or a related field with over 10 years of experience in aerospace systems, including ground and space segments. Skilled in creating Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using MS Project and Wrike, managing budgets exceeding $10M, and overseeing large sub-contracts. Familiarity with Earned Value Management and DoD Contracting/Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) is advantageous. Possess technical expertise, program management skills, leadership abilities, and strong communication skills. Understanding of Change Control processes and experience with U.SDoD acquisition programs, risk management, Model Based System Engineering (MBSE), and MS Project is desirable.
